Thank you to those who support and those who are considering supporting the work of St Chad’s Church.
The money we receive comes entirely from the generosity of the members of our congregation including gift aid. The costs of running a grade listed building is significant and with PCC expenses and contribution to the Diocese in Parish Share, it means that we require a significant amount each year.
Following the biblical principle of giving, the money we receive goes towards supporting the church ministries and the links with local community organisations. We are keen to increase our giving and therefore increase the support we can offer as a church.
If you use online banking or in-branch banking, you can set up a regular transfer (sometimes referred to as a standing order) direct from your bank and it is the most cost-effective way to avoid unnecessary transaction charges.

Parish Giving Scheme
The church is part of the Parish Giving Scheme (PGS). This is a safe and efficient way of donating regularly to the church.
The main feature of this method is that donations are collected by direct debit on 1st Month, it reaches the church account by 10th and the Gift Aid, a few days later.
Donations can be made monthly, quarterly, or annually.
It doesn’t cost St Chad’s anything and helps with administration as the treasurer doesn’t have to reclaim the Gift Aid. The money paid can only go to benefit St Chad’s.

- Find your parish
- Enter ‘Bishops Tachbrook St Chad’ in ‘Parish Name’ and click ‘Find your Parish’
- Then take it from there by clicking ‘Donate’ next to the St Chads details.

One Off Payments
